CANCELLATION POLICY

To assure that our staff has a full schedule, we ask all our clients to provide our salon with 24 hours notice if you will not be able to attend your appointment. We do understand that unexpected situations arise, so cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please call us at 979-529-9498 if you need to talk to us about your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows: • No- Show, Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your full deposit. By providing your credit card at the time of booking, you authorize Totally Blown Away to charge your card in the event of a missed or late-canceled appointment.
